Aylin Kalem
Holder of a BA degree in English Language and Literature, and an MA degree in History from Bogazici University, Istanbul; and a DEA degree in Dance and New Technologies from the University Paris 8, Paris. Dance teacher and choreographer. Instructor at the Management of Performing Arts Department of Istanbul Bilgi University, and at the Modern Dance Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul with courses on Performance Studies and Theories of the Body. Co-founder of TECHNE Digital Performance Platform. Giving lectures on New Technologies in Contemporary Performance, exhibiting interactive installations and writing critical articles on dance, performance and digital technologies. Currently organizing/curating TECHNE International Istanbul Digital Platform that is held between 17-22 April.

Ekmel Ertan
Received his BS degree on Electronics And Communication Engineering from Technical University of Istanbul. Worked as design and test engineer on telecommunication systems in Turkey (NETAŞ Northern Telecom – Istanbul), Germany (ALCATEL SEL- Stuttgart) and Belgium (ALCATEL BELL Lab. – Antwerp). After returning to Istanbul , started a multimedia design company of his own. Since 1999, teaching digital media and visual communication design at Istanbul Bilgi University; giving lectures as part time teacher at Sabancı University and Yıldız Technical University. Exhibited his photography work at La Mama Gallery (“City and Eye” – 1997) and at The Gallery Marmara-Manhattan (” Alice in Whirling Land”- 2003) in New York and in Turkey. Since 2003, working with dancers as digital media designer and creating his own installations. Currently, working on the physical interfaces and interactivity on the stage. Founder member of TECHNE Digital Performance Platform.
