my friend is well into sungazing. he is doing it at the said times for ten seconds extra each day. he started at ten seconds and adds ten seconds each morning, he says you only need to do it once a day.

incidently, it is that time of day i have been also told it is the time the trees and plants etc also draw energy from the universe and sun and so we are to draw energy from them at other times. peas x

Dear One,

My sense is that the appendix plays a role in efficient digestion of food, people who get it removed can still digest food, but it seems to me that at least one of the roles of the appendix is assisting assimilation of vital nutrients from the food

I haven’t done a lot of research on this subject internally, through body focus, so I will let you know if I discover more!

One thing is for sure, no part of the human body is extra or useless!

Rama, Ive always wonder what is our appendex for? People have told me the Appendex is useless, but i know it is not.
